She barely sent the hair out on a Thursday & then had nerve to answer the phone with an attitude and couldn't tell me where, why or when id received it. Secondly the wig was dirty when it came in. I saw the dirt and just couldn't believe it. I should've known it was dirty from the beginning because the package came torn. I just can't believe people buy this stuff. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.
